This is the registration form for online participation in the Equinet Conference "Coding Equality in the EU AI Act - Equality Bodies rising to the Challenge".

If you have already registered for in-person participation, but opt to join online instead, we kindly invite you to let us know via e-mail.

Important: The possibility of switching to online participation does not apply to participants whose travel and accommodation costs are covered by Equinet and who have already booked their travel. We will not be able to reimburse flight costs if no actual travel has occurred. As a reminder, Equinet has updated its travel policy and members are now required to make their own flight booking to be reimbursed up to the price ceiling covered by the EC for one member per Equality Body.
